All users will have phone support.
All users will have access to online support 24 hours a day year round. Online support includes resources such as downloadable user guides, troubleshooting tips, FAQ’s, and a library of regularly updated trainings, videos, and webinars and blog entries with new features being released.
If contacting by email, we use an email-based ticketing system for any questions or issues. School administrators can submit a form to create a ticket.
